O Minist\u00e9rio do Turismo (MTur) alterou as regras para os hot\u00e9is brasileiros referentes \u00e0 entrada e \u00e0 sa\u00edda (check-in e check-out) do h\u00f3spede, considerando o tempo necess\u00e1rio para arruma\u00e7\u00e3o, higiene e limpeza da unidade.<\/p>\n

De acordo com a\u00a0portaria<\/a>, o\u00a0pre\u00e7o da di\u00e1ria, a ser cobrado pelos meios de hospedagem, deve corresponder\u00a0ao per\u00edodo de 24 horas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Os hot\u00e9is podem definir seus pr\u00f3prios hor\u00e1rios de check-in e check-out, mas as informa\u00e7\u00f5es devem ser comunicadas, tanto pelos hot\u00e9is como pelas ag\u00eancias de turismo e as plataformas digitais intermedi\u00e1rias de reservas, ao h\u00f3spede de forma clara e pr\u00e9via.<\/p>\n

A nova regra permite que o hotel cobre tarifas extras para check-in antecipado ou check-out tardio nas acomoda\u00e7\u00f5es, desde que o h\u00f3spede seja informado com anteced\u00eancia e n\u00e3o prejudique o cumprimento das normas de limpeza.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A norma fixa em at\u00e9 3 horas o tempo que deve ser dedicado \u00e0 arruma\u00e7\u00e3o e limpeza dos quartos de hospedagem. Os hot\u00e9is n\u00e3o podem cobrar a mais por esses servi\u00e7os, que devem estar inclu\u00eddos no pre\u00e7o da di\u00e1ria.<\/p>\n

Os procedimentos incluem a higieniza\u00e7\u00e3o completa da unidade de alojamento; a troca de roupa de cama e das toalhas.<\/p>\n

A frequ\u00eancia da limpeza e da arruma\u00e7\u00e3o deve ser compat\u00edvel com o tipo de estabelecimento, como hot\u00e9is, resorts, pousadas, hostels, apart-hot\u00e9is ou flats.<\/p>\n

O h\u00f3spede deve ser comunicado sobre o tempo estimado para a limpeza do quarto e a frequ\u00eancia.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Se preferir, o h\u00f3spede pode dispensar os servi\u00e7os de arruma\u00e7\u00e3o e limpeza, mediante manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o expressa e sua vontade deve ser respeitada. Por\u00e9m, o hotel deve garantir que essa escolha n\u00e3o comprometa as condi\u00e7\u00f5es sanit\u00e1rias e a seguran\u00e7a dos demais h\u00f3spedes no local.<\/p>\n

Em nota, o Minist\u00e9rio do Turismo explicou que a proposta \u201cbusca oferecer maior previsibilidade e transpar\u00eancia nas rela\u00e7\u00f5es de consumo, al\u00e9m de refor\u00e7ar a seguran\u00e7a sanit\u00e1ria e jur\u00eddica do setor\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Registro de h\u00f3spedes<\/h2>\n

O MTur tamb\u00e9m criou a Ficha Nacional de Registro de H\u00f3spedes (FNRH) em formato digital, para todo o segmento de hotelaria do pa\u00eds.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A ficha online deve ser preenchida por todos os h\u00f3spedes, contendo informa\u00e7\u00f5es b\u00e1sicas de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o que j\u00e1 eram solicitadas no modelo em papel.<\/p>\n

A moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o disponibiliza funcionalidades para desburocratizar o processo de pr\u00e9-check-in, check-in e check-out. O objetivo \u00e9 promover a economia de tempo para os h\u00f3spedes, diminuir gastos e aumentar a seguran\u00e7a para os meios de hospedagem.<\/p>\n

A plataforma online autoriza, entre outros procedimentos, o pr\u00e9-check-in por QR Code ou link.<\/strong><\/p>\n

De acordo com o minist\u00e9rio, o sistema tamb\u00e9m facilita o envio eletr\u00f4nico das informa\u00e7\u00f5es exigidas pela legisla\u00e7\u00e3o brasileira. Os dados geram estat\u00edsticas oficiais em tempo real sobre o fluxo tur\u00edstico nacional.<\/p>\n

As informa\u00e7\u00f5es qualificadas permitem, por exemplo, identificar o perfil do turista e o envio padronizado possibilita o monitoramento das taxas de ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o hoteleira em cada regi\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

O documento digital est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel para os estabelecimentos do ramo hoteleiro na Plataforma FNRH Digital e deve ser autenticado via conta Gov.br.<\/strong><\/p>\n

As novas regras entram em vigor em 15 de dezembro.<\/p>\n
