Sabe aquelas viagens-rel\u00e2mpago em que o tempo \u00e9 curto, mas a experi\u00eancia \u00e9 intensa? Foi exatamente assim minha passagem por Belo Horizonte. Com poucas horas para explorar a cidade, escolhi o Mercado Central, inaugurado em 1929, como meu principal destino. Ao atravessar a entrada, fui imediatamente cativada pela mistura de cheiros, cores e sabores que parecem contar a pr\u00f3pria hist\u00f3ria de Minas Gerais.<\/span><\/p>\n

Logo na entrada, a est\u00e1tua de bronze em homenagem a Dona Lucinha, fundadora da famosa rede de restaurantes, chamou minha aten\u00e7\u00e3o. Um belo tributo \u00e0 mulher que dedicou a vida a divulgar a culin\u00e1ria mineira pelo mundo.<\/span><\/p>\n

O Mercado me encantou pela organiza\u00e7\u00e3o e pela variedade de produtos. Experimentei o famoso p\u00e3o com pernil, crocante por fora, macio e cheio de sabor por dentro, e confesso: mesmo n\u00e3o sendo f\u00e3 de p\u00e3o de queijo, mudei completamente de opini\u00e3o ao provar o aut\u00eantico mineiro. N\u00e3o resisti tamb\u00e9m ao cl\u00e1ssico f\u00edgado com jil\u00f3: o f\u00edgado estava impec\u00e1vel e o jil\u00f3, levemente amargo para meu paladar, trouxe aquele toque t\u00edpico que s\u00f3 Minas sabe dar. Entre compras e degusta\u00e7\u00f5es, n\u00e3o sa\u00ed sem levar queijo Canastra e doce de leite de Vi\u00e7osa, que certamente far\u00e3o parte da bagagem em minhas pr\u00f3ximas visitas.<\/span><\/p>\n

E se algumas intera\u00e7\u00f5es pareceram mais formais do que eu esperava, encontrei acolhimento na @biscoitosdonaana, onde a gentileza do atendimento me fez sentir em casa e os biscoitos artesanais conquistaram meu paladar com sabores \u00fanicos.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mas BH n\u00e3o \u00e9 feita apenas de sabores. Passei rapidamente pela Pra\u00e7a da Liberdade, um verdadeiro cart\u00e3o-postal: jardins inspirados no Pal\u00e1cio de Versalhes, palmeiras imperiais, flores e coreto.\u00a0 <\/span>Cercada por museus, bibliotecas e centros culturais, integra o Circuito da Liberdade, um dos maiores complexos culturais do pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mesmo em uma visita curta, Belo Horizonte deixa lembran\u00e7as que v\u00e3o muito al\u00e9m do tempo que passamos por l\u00e1. Entre sabores, aromas e hist\u00f3rias, cada canto reserva uma surpresa. Mal posso esperar para voltar e explorar ainda mais dessa cidade que combina tradi\u00e7\u00e3o, cultura e aquele charme mineiro inconfund\u00edvel. <\/span><\/p>\n
