O dado integra o Winter Travel Pulse 2025, pesquisa global da Criteo que ouviu 10 mil viajantes e profissionais do setor para entender como o p\u00fablico decide quando e para onde viajar.<\/p>\n

O levantamento mostra que 42% utilizam IA para buscar destinos e 41% para receber sugest\u00f5es de acomoda\u00e7\u00e3o. A tecnologia tamb\u00e9m j\u00e1 apoia a pesquisa de passeios (40%), gastronomia (39%), voos (29%) e aluguel de carros (23%). Um ter\u00e7o dos entrevistados afirma usar IA para organizar toda a viagem.<\/p>\n

Mesmo com pre\u00e7os elevados, a demanda permanece forte: 52% consideram viajar uma parte essencial do estilo de vida. Para equilibrar gastos, o consumidor tem adotado estrat\u00e9gias como reservar com anteced\u00eancia, aproveitar a baixa temporada, comparar tarifas e priorizar destinos mais acess\u00edveis.<\/p>\n

Na busca por hospedagem, os hot\u00e9is continuam na lideran\u00e7a, com 72% de prefer\u00eancia. Alternativas como casas e apartamentos (29%) e acampamentos (13%) seguem em crescimento. A jornada de escolha tamb\u00e9m ficou mais extensa: o viajante analisa, em m\u00e9dia, 25 op\u00e7\u00f5es antes de fechar a reserva \u2014 um processo que dura cerca de 12 dias.<\/p>\n

O avi\u00e3o segue como meio de transporte mais planejado para a pr\u00f3xima viagem (60%), seguido por trem (37%) e carro pr\u00f3prio (28%). Os mais jovens valorizam a praticidade; os mais velhos, o conforto e o controle.<\/p>\n

No momento da reserva, 65% priorizam boas avalia\u00e7\u00f5es. Depois v\u00eam ofertas especiais, cancelamento gratuito e facilidade de reembolso. Para fidelizar, a receita permanece a mesma: atendimento eficiente, pre\u00e7os consistentes e experi\u00eancia de compra \u00e1gil.<\/p>\n
