O movimento de visitantes de outras cidades tem sido um dos fatores que impulsionaram os novos planos de O Beco Bistr\u00f4, em Araruna, no Curimata\u00fa paraibano. Comandado pela empres\u00e1ria Vanessa Gurgel, o restaurante tem cerca de 90% do p\u00fablico formado por pessoas de fora do munic\u00edpio, com forte presen\u00e7a de visitantes do Rio Grande do Norte.<\/span><\/p>\n

O fluxo, especialmente de potiguares, tem contribu\u00eddo para consolidar o restaurante como um ponto de parada para quem chega a Araruna em busca de gastronomia e das experi\u00eancias de natureza e aventura oferecidas pelo destino.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00c9 nesse cen\u00e1rio que O Beco se prepara para uma nova fase. A amplia\u00e7\u00e3o do restaurante est\u00e1 prevista para come\u00e7ar em outubro e dever\u00e1 acrescentar pelo menos 80 lugares \u00e0 estrutura atual. A cozinha tamb\u00e9m ser\u00e1 ampliada, acompanhando o crescimento da capacidade de atendimento e os planos de renova\u00e7\u00e3o do card\u00e1pio.<\/span><\/p>\n

Do camar\u00e3o no abacaxi ao avestruz<\/span><\/h4>\n

A gastronomia \u00e9 um dos elementos que ajudam a diferenciar o restaurante. Atualmente, o camar\u00e3o no abacaxi \u00e9 o prato mais pedido da casa.<\/span><\/p>\n

Outro destaque \u00e9 o avestruz, uma op\u00e7\u00e3o menos convencional que acabou criando seu pr\u00f3prio p\u00fablico. Segundo Vanessa, h\u00e1 clientes que se deslocam at\u00e9 Araruna especificamente para experimentar o prato.<\/span><\/p>\n

A ideia agora \u00e9 ampliar essa caracter\u00edstica do card\u00e1pio, combinando a presen\u00e7a de pratos de inspira\u00e7\u00e3o regional com novas prote\u00ednas.<\/span><\/p>\n

Novo menu aposta em sabores menos convencionais<\/span><\/h4>\n

Com a expans\u00e3o, Vanessa pretende renovar e ampliar o menu. A inten\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 acrescentar ao card\u00e1pio javali, fais\u00e3o, codorna, jacar\u00e9 e guin\u00e9, mantendo tamb\u00e9m a identidade regional que j\u00e1 faz parte da cozinha do Beco.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cQuero ampliar o card\u00e1pio e trazer prote\u00ednas que ainda s\u00e3o pouco comuns por aqui, mas sempre mantendo a nossa cozinha regional. A ideia \u00e9 que o visitante encontre no Beco pratos que despertem curiosidade e que tamb\u00e9m tenham uma liga\u00e7\u00e3o com a identidade de Araruna\u201d, explica a empres\u00e1ria.<\/span><\/p>\n

Um hotel de charme dentro do projeto<\/span><\/h4>\n

A expans\u00e3o n\u00e3o ficar\u00e1 restrita ao restaurante. O projeto prev\u00ea a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de dois pavimentos de apartamentos na parte superior do empreendimento, dando origem a um hotel de charme.<\/span><\/p>\n

A proposta \u00e9 criar uma hospedagem de padr\u00e3o elevado, com apartamentos que dever\u00e3o contar com elementos como banheira, jacuzzi e lareira. A arquitetura ter\u00e1 inspira\u00e7\u00e3o colonial, segundo Vanessa, criando uma identidade pr\u00f3pria para o espa\u00e7o.<\/span><\/p>\n

Um espa\u00e7o para gastronomia, hospedagem e arte<\/span><\/h4>\n

Os planos para O Beco v\u00e3o al\u00e9m da gastronomia e da hospedagem. Vanessa tamb\u00e9m pretende, no futuro, transformar o beco, onde fica localizado o restaurante,\u00a0 <\/span>em um ambiente dedicado \u00e0 arte, aproximando ainda mais o empreendimento da cultura.<\/span><\/p>\n

A ideia \u00e9 receber artistas e pintores para produzirem suas obras ao vivo, criando uma atmosfera em que o visitante possa acompanhar o processo de cria\u00e7\u00e3o enquanto aproveita o espa\u00e7o.<\/span><\/p>\n

A iniciativa ainda est\u00e1 entre os projetos que Vanessa pretende colocar em pr\u00e1tica nas pr\u00f3ximas etapas do empreendimento, mas aponta para uma concep\u00e7\u00e3o mais ampla para O Beco: um lugar que re\u00fana gastronomia, hospedagem, arte e conviv\u00eancia.<\/span><\/p>\n
